Hail storms hit a wide swathe Leicestershire & Warwickshire on the 28th June 2012.
Cornerstone was quick to respond to our clients with all the claims logged within hours of the flood and hail damage being reported. Loss adjusters were appointed and the liability agreed within 24 hours.
The largest claim suffered was a flood loss totalling £42,000 with the insurers settling the claim via a BACS transfer within 48hours of the loss adjusters report being posted. Needless to say the clients were delighted with our speed of settlement and the insurers handling of the loss.
Other claims included the replacement of a printing machine valued at only £1500 on the accounts but the client received £20,000 as the policy was written on a new for old basis.
